Space Hire
The following school facilities are available for hire, except during periods of free Community Use in the evening or at weekends:
- School Hall
- Activity Studio
- Learning Resource Centre (Library)
- Classrooms
- Multi Use Games Area (MUGA)
- Car Park

Out of hours: for on site-related emergencies, dial 0118 357 0123 and select option 3 for the Caretaker.

Times of Free Community Use – MUGA only
The MUGA is open and use is free of charge for the Community at the times below:
Term Time
Monday to Friday 17:15 to 18:15. The MUGA can be pre- booked for exclusive use at the following times (a charge will apply):

Arrangements for use of the Car Park
The car park can be booked for use by Community Groups from 18:00 to 22:00 weekdays in term time and at other times at the weekend and in school holidays. Please contact lettings@theheightsprimary.co.uk if you would like to book use of the school car park.
In general terms we would expect any hirer of the MUGA or internal school facilities to also have access to the car park at the time of their booking.
Community Use of School Facilities
The Heights Primary School has a Community Use Agreement in place with Reading Borough Council and the Mapledurham Playing Fields Management Committee. The times of free use for the MUGA are outlined within this agreement. For full Community Use Agreement can be found here:
