That is a shame about the Parent mail, but I guess it makes sense that it has to be linked to a child.
The fact that it is a PDF wont matter, the system will just take the attachment and post it in.
You can just sent each of the parent planners in an email with a appropriate title and tag to the address and this should post directly. I think that would be easier than logging onto the website, uploading the file then going to the page and creating the link?

Secondly, the Planners are sent as PDF attachments to the ParentMail, not as the body of the email.
And I’ll need some support working out how tag lines operate……
